Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, Kanban board management, and Waterfall-aligned status checkpoints tailored to each team's methodology Remove delivery impediments and manage dependencies to keep project delivery on track Support backlog readiness and work-commitment integrity across various workstreams in partnership with the Product Manager Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Facilitator on software delivery or technology projects Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification Working proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience managing project budget, scope, and risk Demonstrated experience facilitating delivery in hybrid environments that blend Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies
