About the Role

We'll give you the structure to win with high-intent leads, proven systems, and hands-on mentorship, so you skip the learning curve and start producing sooner.

Responsibilities

• Work high-intent leads provided by CapMark Realty.
• Leverage proven systems and hands-on mentorship to accelerate production.
• Participate in live training, role-play, and coaching sessions.
• Use Sierra Interactive CRM and integrated dialers to manage and grow your pipeline.
• Follow clear systems, including Slack communication, structured daily schedules, and defined KPIs.

Qualifications

• NY real estate license, active or in progress.

Required Skills

• Sales experience preferred (inside/outside sales, account executive, retail, B2B/B2C).
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with a flexible schedule.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRMs and digital tools.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in real estate or high-ticket sales.

Pay range and compensation package

• Performance-based, with income driven by closed transactions.
• Targeted Year 1 earnings: $45,200 - $350,400+.
• Top performers exceed this range.
