Job Description

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle orthopaedic products in Manhattan, NY. The role focuses on building surgeon relationships, expanding the customer base, and driving sales growth for DePuy Synthes' foot and ankle portfolio while providing clinical support in operating room settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and competitive landscape
• Acquire new accounts and expand sales with existing F&A customers
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product use and clinical applications
• Provide intraoperative support and case coverage for surgeons during procedures
• Manage territory sales activities, inventory, and administrative duties to meet quotas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills with surgeons and hospital staff
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel and relocate to territory
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and business acumen
• Ability to work independently and within matrix team structures
• Must pass background investigation including driving record review
